What do I need to do? Each student will be required to read one book over the summer.
7th and 8th graders will need to write a question for each chapter and a 2-3 sentence summary for Each chapter.

Where do I Find the Books? While many public libraries have the books, it is best to ensure that you have your own copy. What will I be graded on? 6th graders will have a writing ASSIGNMENT, graded in their Language Arts Class about the book they choose to read.
7th and 8th graders will take a 20 question quiz about the book They Choose. This quiz in based on significant events from each chapter and will be MULTIPLE choice. There may be discussion grades, writing prompts, and grades on the summaries and questions that you prepared.
